Delete your account

You can delete your Millions of Video account at any time, on the website or in the app: open Account, choose Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and can’t be undone.

What we delete

• Your account and email address
• Your sign-in methods (email code, Facebook, Google) and sessions
• Your watch progress
• Your likes

What we keep

• The count of free episodes already watched on your device, which isn’t linked to you, so free viewing isn’t reset
• Analytics records, which never contain your name or email but are linked to your account id. To have these deleted too, email us (below).

Can’t sign in?

Email contact@primalmatter.io from the address on your account and ask us to delete it, and your analytics data if you wish. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
