Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Primal Matter (“we”, “us”) for using Millions of Video on millionsof.video and in our apps (the “service”). By using the service you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Using the service

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. The service is for your personal, non-commercial viewing. Some episodes are free to watch without an account; others require you to sign in.

Your account

You sign in with an emailed code or with Facebook or Google. Keep access to your email and sign-in accounts secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time (how).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, download, record, redistribute, rebroadcast or publicly show any content;
• scrape, crawl or use bots or automated tools to access the service or its content;
• get around free-viewing limits, geographic limits, access controls or content protection;
• interfere with, overload or attack the service, or access it through anything other than our interfaces;
• use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights.

Content and licences

All series, episodes, artwork and the service itself belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to stream content through the service for your own viewing. No other rights are granted. The catalog changes, and titles may be added or removed at any time.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts, or block access, if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other people. We may also change or discontinue all or part of the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in your location.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any consumer protection you have under the laws where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you on the site or by email. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
